An amazing holiday in a fantastic location we have had a wonderful time. Dads been less fit but what's been lovely is getting him moving more this holiday. We wished we'd stayed 2 weeks! We bought him a "gentleman's cane" otherwise known as a walking stick and low and behold he set off for a walk on his own yesterday. After our evening meal last night he agreed to a last holiday walk. Normally he retires to bed at 8:30. We all walked down to the beach and he said that he'd remember this walk for the rest of his life, it was very touching. Our challenge is to keep him going when we get him home which won't be as easy without a beach!
